Ugh. Thanksgiving eats got me feeling really snug in my clothes right meow. Getting back into the swing of this running thing.
There was a potluck at work today. So even though that little green line shot down this morning, it’ll probably shoot back up tomorrow. Hate how that happens. I was gonna go for a run this afternoon but was so full that I could only walk. Lol.
The lbs are moving back down. It’ll be hard to keep this up through the next few weeks because of the holidays. Gah. I just need to also make sure I’m getting some good exercise in as well.
What the heck? A lot can happen in a day. I guess this jump down is good, but I did eat a burger and fries for lunch today. I’m sure that number will jump back up tomorrow. It’s weird how weight fluctuates.
Trying to get back on the health kick. My gym membership expired in August and I got a bit fluffy in the last couple of months. My clothes fit better when I was at 150 lbs. So that’s what I’m aiming for by 12/22/13. I think I can do it.

I’ve already reblogged this but I just realized. This is the (crazy dedicated) trainer who decided to gain then lose 70 pounds through an unhealthy lifestyle….he got fat on purpose. bad fucking ass!
